Internal Verifier

Internal Verifier

Internal Verifiers manage the delivery and quality assurance of the assessment process, to ensure that workplace assessments of individuals’ competence and performance meet relevant quality standards. They lead a team of assessors in a professional leadership role rather than as a line manager, supporting their professional development as an assessor and monitoring their performance throughout the assessment process.

An Internal Verifier is an individual who has responsibility for internally verifying assessment decisions and recommending learners for award of credit.

exosfeer believes in immersive training. Before the training a verbal assessment will be performed. This assessment will determine the start position of each delegate. Delegates with the same starting position will be gathered in a physical training and receive a training with a duration to ensure competency.

The training duration is therefore between 8 hours and 16 hours with a 50-50% theory-practical balance.
